The called saying I am either behind in my mortgage payments or have been late. They were offering me some type of plan to help. I was shocked because I have never missed a payment nor ever paid late. So I asked the lady where did she get this information, and she said it was reported because I am experiencing a hardship that has resulting in late mortgage payments. I told her this was not true and where did she get this. She didn't say anything and I was forwarded to some automated system that said they were deleting my number.
