Actually answered a call from it. It came up as "Michigan". The guy introduced himself as John Raymond. He was verifying my credit card info from something I purchased. All of the info he said was wrong. I called him out on something he contradicted himself about and he hung up.
Have received numerous calls, and like the above, when I answer, there is an immediate hang-up. I am also on the do-not-call list. What is our recourse?
Called the confirm a purchase of 'fixit' - something that was bought over the internet. Had the right details - but tried an upsell of their 'savers club' - a useless monthly charge very difficult to stop.
