Who called from 2319429436

Just got a call on my cell phone @ 11:10 AM EST on 1/3/17. I didn't  answer it, and the caller left no msg. I suspect it is a SCAM!!!

Got a call from this number just now (3 Jan 17) , answered it, but got no response.  I called it from my other phone, first blocking my number, and I got a phone company recording, "the number you dialed is not a working number..."
