I get a phone call that reports this number at 6.30AM local every few days. They never say anything. As soon as I make noise into the phone, they will hang up. I can remain silent, and they will stay on the line in silence for a minute or so, and then hang up.
I try to call this number, and either I get a busy signal, or I get a recording that says, 'the number you have dialed is not in service'

I also received about 5 calls from this number this afternoon and did not answer because I did not recognize the number. I finally decided to answer to see what they wanted and it was Sprint Customer Service callint to thank me for my loyalty to them and refunded my bill I had paid earlier in the day.
