Political call or scammer. Not sure which. They have lots of different phone numbers.

This number has called this past week as many as 20 times. When answered it is recording asking for information on our views about Ohio issues on ballot in November. So frustrating ready to report to local government agency or police.

Hang up calls all the time.  I called back and got vm for "metamorphic Ohio one".  From the posts below this is some sort of political survey nonsense.
