We get a call from this number at least once a week, but this week they've called every day. "Sean" asks for our president and wants to talk to him about our "Merchant Services Account". I get the scripted speech about how they CAN ONLY speak to the president due to privacy laws...blah, blah, blah...and when I won't put him through says he'll call back. Yay. "Sean" if you're reading this....I will never put your call through, I won't pass on a message, and if you continue to call back...you'll only get me again. STOP IT...you're wasting your time and mine.

Someone from this number calls several times a week. They ask about our Merchant Services account. I played along this time to see what they would do. He said at first we were at "high" risk now we are "low" risk in the "Risk Matrix Potion at the retail level interchange." I asked from where he was calling he said the "National Retail Processing Center." He said he would have someone stop by our office location to give us a 40-60% reduction in our processing fees. If I had more time I would have played along longer. I told him to never call our office again.
How the h--- does the government do NOTHING to these people. I was on a business call - with a technical issue - and I kept getting beeped. and ignoring it. But I have people who work in the area code - so after they kept calling and calling I asked the other person if they would hold a minute. A sign was when I said hello three time he comes on with the Merchant services BS. I swore quite profanely and returned to my business call. Then the AH beeps through again.
