Who called from 2342085110

I received 1 to 3  of these call per week always at the same time.  No answer on the other end but a recorded message saying "Goodbye" and they hung up.

Got call while store an tried to call back. An got answer machine

Exact...Exact same thing happened to me.

CID showed Akron OH.  Robodial clicked over to LOUD call center when my live answer was detected.  British accent just said hello repeatedly.  He hung up after only 28 seconds of silence in return.

I answered and it was a english speaking woman with Indian accent.
Said she was calling about business loans.
