This caller calls often so today I answered out of curiosity. The caller ID reads CHQ. It was a polite man wanting to tell me about senator Rob Portman and his views on supreme court replacement decisions. He then asked to transfer me to Rob Portman office to praise the decision and encourage more. I don't like these  calls and told the man I would read up and call senator Portman only if I decided to. He was polite and said thankyou, goodbye. I am guessing that the caller ID "CHQ" stands for campaign headquarters :)
