1000% correct.

They just called my phone did not answer i dont answer calls that are out of state or i dont reconize

Also, saw the number and didn't answer.   Thanks Rich for the information.

They called and part of the voicemail message was cut off. It said this was my final notice and last chance for lower interest rates. I had no idea what they were referring to, so I checked here to see if anyone else had gotten called.
