5/24/15 received a text from this number (which I have never seen before) saying, "Let me know if you got this message ok and maybe we can chat for a min, Text Back."

It is helpful to look numbers like this up on Google and see that others have received the same weird message. I will not be texting back and I will be promptly blocking this "Tirza-B"
Someone named "Twyla X" sent me a text, something about wanting to unzip my pants...
BLOCKED.
I don't know what their goal is but these people need to get a life.
