Who called from 2342812220

They call every evening between 8-9 p.m. When I answer the phone and say "hello" repeatedly nobody answers and it eventually gives me a busy tone. I call back and it says "You have reached THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LINE if you have reached this message in error please call your account manager". Seriously the most annoying thing every!!

APGE calls every night and no one ever is on the other end

Have been receiving many calls from 234 281 2220.  Sometimes as many 2or 3 a day.  No one is one phone when answered.  I am on a NO CALL LIST.

No one ever speaks.Never leaves a message.When you call back '' you've reached the research and developement dept.''  very, very, very annoying
