Who called from 2342813949

I got a call from this number and traced it to bandwidth.com. They are a company that provides numbers to "businesses" ect. The call was strange and somewhat scary. I reported the number to the company email and their legal department.

number called my cell this morning. I called it back twice. Rang once then instantly goes to a busy signal.

Have no earthly idea how they got my cell phone number.
