No doubt this is a spoofed #. The robo-message claimed to be the IRS -- "We have been trying to reach you ...this is your final notice...filing a lawsuit against you, for more information about your case call 202-864-1237"
No name of party they are trying to reach, no actual case #. Further, if the IRS has a problem with you, they send you WRITTEN notices via US Mail (been there, dealt with that).
