It's from a company trying to sell (?) add on insurance. They only accept people from the military, like Tricare. So if they call you, LURE THEM IN LIKE A FISH! Tell them you're ex military and need help with your pains, that you have Tricare. Make them think they have a real customer on the phone, and ultimately get their REAL number and web site.
