I have dealt with the same guy for over a year. Sometimes months go by where I do not get any calls and then he calls again. The number changes also. He has called from a number in New York, Philadelphia , Washington, Oregon and California. Everything writtten here, I have also been through. I now don't even let him start talking, I talk and talk while he tries to say his spiel. I told him if he wanted to collect he needs to put it in writing so I can respond. He said why would I need it in writing, the company that I owe won't do that. I told him its not my problem. I also told him that I have contacted the attorney generals office that stops the calls for a few months then he calls back. He also tries to use another name each time but his accent is the same. I told him that too. I don't know what to do to get these calls to stop. I know I don't owe anybody. I have checked my credit reports and keep current on any new actions. I also bought a home last year so I know there is no outstanding credit issues.
I got a number from this company called prestige consolidation and they are very rude telling me that he will make me pay one way or another and that he wants to talk to my supervisor to let her know what kind of lady I am. He would not give me a number or anything and he called my job at least 20 times in one day back to back. He also told me that he didnt care he would call me all day and make me loss my job. Told me that I go to work everday and dont have no money he was tired of this stupid excuse from me about not having no money to pay them. I dont know what to do because every number he gave me I cannot call it back to try to get any information about my so called account. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me I didnt need to speak to his supervisor that he was taking over the case now. He was to unprofessional with my coworkers he got upset with them when they would give him any information on me. This company here I believe is a scam so be careful when they call.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING. I ONLY TALK TO PEOPLE THAT SPEAK ENGLISH AND I CAN UNDERSTAND. I ALREADY GOT STUNG BY PEOPLE LIKE HIM SAYING WE OWE MONOEY. HE WILL NOT GET A DIME OUT OF ME.
