Got a text message from this guy saying he was purchasing my listing for his father-in-law on the East Coast, a pick up agent will come get my item, kept insisting to pay by PayPal immediately. Look at the notes from phone number, 916-389-1662. It's basically the same guy with a new number.

You called it right on the money. This is a SCAM big time. He used the same story about his father in law and insisted I give him my PayPal number.

This guy wanted to send me a certified check to purchase an item off Craigslist . His story this time was he is in a branch of the military so with his work hours and such this would be the only way he could purchase the item, all the time pressing for all my info. SCAMMER
