This same dude left me a message saying I was going to be arrested! Claiming he was from the State investigating agency, yet the number was out of state. I instantly knew it was a scam and told him not to delay the police until tmrw, that they can come today! And that he should be there too so I could show him how we do things in Detroit! I told him that I was trying to locate him and that when I did, I was going to 'light him up' and I wouldn't be using bulbs! I knew it was a scam instantly so I was gonna screw with him as much as he was trying to screw with me! I must've scared him off cuz he hasn't called me back! Take your [***] back to India with that shyt!
I have been getting calls from this # for weeks now. I finally called a lawyer and she told me what information to ask for. The people calling from this # are extremely rude, calling me a "Mother F" at one point. When I told them I hired an attorney I thought the calls stopped, but today, a week later they called again. When I asked them how do I make a payment they told me to go buy a "Reloadable" Debit Card and put $100 on there for my first payment to stop from being arrested. They refuse to provide any of the legal documents they claim to have on me until I have paid them. I looked up the names they have been giving me but find no attorneys with the Ohio State Bar, and when I told them that they said that information is not important.I keep asking them questions and the calls are getting less frequent.
Also continuing to get called from this number. Supposedly now they have had 2 dates to my house to serve the arrest warrant on me. I tell them people don't get arrested for a debt, and that my father is a deputy at the local sheriffs office and he told me he will be coming to arrest me. So rude. Wish they'd stop. If I hadn't had this phone number for over 10 years, I'd consider changing it, however I enjoy when I ask questions and make them stutter or hang up. The less frequent the calls, the slightly more entertaining they are. Been being harrassed since Sept 2011.
Don't send them anything this is a scam!!! I've been in the same boat but I told them send the police because I knew for a fact I havnt done anything wrong nothing happens ... But they try to get money from you.and no one else please don't send them any money they are not real talking about or they will have to download the case of they say that tell them to download it. I did I said what are y'all on dial up because the case havnt been downloaded yet. One of those payday loan companies that send your information to third party. that's how there able to get your Information.
