Not sure this time because it was a messed call but for the fun of it I txt'ed to see what the response will be - if anything.  Those exchanges down there seem to be all VoIP and anyone can nab them.  Got a response sorta, I got a voicemail that says "Hello... Hello..." but from 234-564-4172 now!  Major scammer!  Oh get this... 45 seconds of stupid hold music THEN a woman with the hello bit and then a minute of dead air!  No background noise but she sounded like she was from a call center.  So robodialer's got this # now!
