Who called from 234567891

Same thing here.  Got the call...how does a 9 digit phonenumber even work?

I keep Getting a call from this number. But when I answer They hang up. Now since im trying to find employeement, it kinda ticks me off cause i could be missing calls from an employeer. How does this even WORK?

Received 2 calls from this odd number .
Then they call family number .
Keep saying something about not receiving
imformation packet . It's a scam scam scam
they have several different numbers they use
total harrassment and call my cell . These people
are ruthless & need to be caught . Will attempt
to report to police to see if they get a response .

Got call from 23-456-7891 on my house line.....just ignored the call.....i dont answer if i dont see name or phone number that i recognize

Received a call from 234-567-891 about 5 minutes ago with the caller asking if I wanted to suck his ____. I hung up immediately and blocked the call.
