Bush consulting

Received a call from this phone number.  It was listed under the caller ID as Bush Consulting.  I answered but there was no response.

Same as many of you. This number called. Caller ID said Bush Consulting234-567-8910
I answered and heard noise, then they just hung up.
Rude!

Again, Bush Consulting just called me from this same number. This time there was some guy (from another country and using very broken English) stating that he was calling me about Windows and error messages. Seriously?
My guess is they were going to try to get my passwords and phishing for information to hack into my computer.
