Who called from 2345678945

Some boiler room, could here the backround.. Indian guy asking for Dave XXX told him he has the wrong number there's no Dave here. Reads my number back to me and starts talking about utility bills. Told him again I'm not Dave and I'm current will all my bills and hung up. Debt or Phishing scam

2345678945 called our house 3 times in 30 minutes  no one there

Has called every day for the last 3 days. Never a message, refuse to even answer the phone.

Got 5 calls from them last weekend with in a half hour. Indian sounding woman trying to sell solar panels knew my name, address and told me I was paying too much in electric bills. She couldn't understand why I yelled at her.

Called 2 times in a couple hours. Nobody on phone
