Who called from 23467

This number called me 10 times today . I don't know why , but kept calling and calling . I answered twice & nobody spoke .

they called me 20 so far and wont stop

Caller claims to be giving away government grants from $5k-40k. Transfers to someone else after telling you to call 315-613-2112. I hung up.

23467  I keep receiving call every 10 minutes. I answered once and nobody speaks. The father of my daughter tried to commit suicide yesterday and our daughter is in foster care. He was released from the psych unit today.  it's odd that the calls started today out of the blue.  I wonder if it's him calling me.

They called me 6 times so far each a half hour apart...nobody is on the line when I answer. Also received two calls from (212) 908-9999 I tried to call back and the number is disconnected.
