I got that call from the same numberless. I never called back'd. Theta stopped calling

Trying to pretend they were giving grant give aways from government

Male caller, foreign accent with very poor enunciation of the English language. He said that he works for the Federal Gov pretending to give away grants. He had no idea what agency that employed him.

Got a call this morning about 5:22am, went to answer it and they hung up on me.  I tried calling them back but the number was somehow disconnected.
