This is a scam of a man who post add's on craigslist. He claims that he owns a home and works in West Africa and wants tenants to take care of the home. This is a total scam. He wants you to send $500 dollars before you even get to see the inside of the home, or any type of documentation showing proof of ownership. His letters look like this, and he does change them up.
