Gives you a website and everything to prove you that they are good people. Then sends you a questionnaire asking for your address and phone number and misleading questions... BE CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY!

thank you for this note. i too saw an add but this one was on the Zillow.com site and they had a house for $1500 with little improvements in buena park ca. the person name ronald recher in Texas emailed me and said he wanted to rent to a family that would take care of the home as if it was theirs and was not in the area so unable to allow viewing in the inside. i emailed back because i did take a trip to the address provided and we could not for the life of us find that one address. which we thought was stranged. I thought this was to good to be true but still belive in people so i wanted to belive this would work out for us.
Ronald's mistake was he just called my cell phone and do not answer unknown calls or phone# i do not know. then i google them and all these adds came up. i am so thanks for these reports or i could of been out of $1500 bucks.
