this number has been contacting my friend, and not only that, has been writing strange messages, leaving voicemails (which if they were a company trying to make money off, of her, they wouldn't do this, as it costs them to leave a voicemail message, numerous times).
we know that this number locates to the north/east coast of americas area code, so any information would be appreciated.
