Do not wire funds to this person. This person operates using text messaging and false Craigslist advertisements using property photos from real postings.

Same claim as most of the ones I've seen. Said he won a bidding on petroleum in Africa and wants me to send him the deposit then he'll send me the keys to look at the place and if I don't like it he'll refund the money.
