this person keeps calling contantly and everytime i answer the phone hes saying hello.. and then theres static.. the area code is from nigeria, and the operator says that it is a scam.. and that im charged long distance charges everytime i answer, it is really hard to understand this person because of the static on the phone.. he doesnt say much.. but i have told him to stop calling or i will report him.. and then hes says "ill call back ill call back!" and then proceeds to call another 10 times after.. i have told the police and the police cannot do ne thing about it due to the phone number being international.. its just annoying and this person is calling all hours of the night.. DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER~! the only thing they said i can do is change my number which in very unfortunate because i really do not want to do this.. but im going to have to because they are calling me about 15 times a day now,, and somehow now have my sister phone number and are harrassing her now!!!
