Those e-mails that those people mentioned were e-mails I received, as well.
Honestly, don't buy it. I'm warning you out of the goodness of my heart.
He's gone by several different names - Patric Collins, to me, and he claims to live in Nigeria (which I really don't doubt).

Basically, if you see this: "include Hydro, cable /internet access,Central Air Conditioning, Laundry, Garbage Chute, Pets OK, cleaning service, dry cleaning,Heating, Electricity,etc and everything its already been furnished, " then RUN.
