This number rang 3 times before talking when the phone was answered, then went saying that the Australian government was providing rebates to people that install solar panelling. Even though I told them that I was renting they kept on saying that it is a good deal. The part I don't understand is if it was to do with the Australian government as to why they would be calling from an overseas number as that is what it came up as on my Caller ID, plus my number is on the Do Not Call list.
