Who called from 2347201038

Someone blind dialing looking to scam money from people claimed they are a charity.

Received a call from this phone number stating that he was with First Responder's Coalition seeking donations for life saving equipment for the local area fire department... simply said I wasn't able to donate at this time and he hung up. Thing is, that's not even my "local area"... It's like 2 hours from where I'm located... if I was going to donate, I would do it locally.

unknown number from Atwater OH called my cell.   did not answer.   Left no message.   Kept calling
