Damn! I can't believe it!? We just got the EXACT email, word for word, only the name (Rev. Laura Auger) was different. This is so awful and appears to have been going on for so long. Our letter was for a house in Rochester NH that was actually for sale. We answered a craigslist posting.
This is terrible on so many levels. I don't understand how this continues to go on?
Thanks for the posting--we were wanting to believe it was some kind soul who just wanted good tenants but it turned out to be pure evil.
