I the apartment add sounded way to good to be true....and it was! This was for a 2 BDRM apartment on the UES near the Met Museum for $1000 a month. With utilities paid and washer/dryer in the apt! Anyone in NYC knows this is just too good to be true...BEWARE of this man!
