i got a call from this number lastnight and it said i had won something and i dont know if this is a scam or not?

someone from the above number called me.  Does anyone know who this is??

I also got a text from this number today. Most likely a scam.

Mobile number had won prize and tickets to watch world cup, e-mail address and phone number

Got the same message, must be a scam
