I only ever answered this number once after being fed up. It was some guy I didn't know with a strange accent I couldn't understand. He was trying to speak English. He continues to call at absurd times in the morning (like 2:30am) and throughout the day. Sometimes he doesn't call at all. I would like to know who this is.
