I received a call from someone that I apparently know, previously spoke to him in California on area code +323 now I received a call from the following number 234 811 1946 839  ....  I cannot trace this number anywhere on the internet.
Please let me know if you can work out where this call came from as my phone showed the first number he called from being out of California.
