If you actually call the number, it gives you an option to put your number on a do-not-call list. In fact, it's the only thing you can do when you call the number, soooo.... why don't you try that?
Caller ID comes up Med Claims Dept. which of course is a spoofed ID & the call is a scam.

BTW, when you request not to be called then they know they have an active number & will call more often with different numbers & sell your number to other spammers. They don't care if you don't want them to call--they are scam artists! Do not answer, do not select anything they request.
