Just when I was telling people I know that I had not received what I call a bu**sh*t phone call in at least 2 weeks, along comes this jackwagon ! Since I don't answer calls that (allegedly) originate from numbers and/or areas that I don't recognize, and advise everyone else to do the same, I have no idea what this jagoff wanted, nor do I care. But, I would bet the mortgage money it wasn't legitimate. Also, BTW, I feel I have to advise everyone not to participate in those "reverse phone number lookup" scams. They give out what I call "the Dick Tracy hustle", i.e. advertising that they can tell you anything and everything about any phone number that called you - but first there's the "little matter" of the "fee". That's the "hook". These "fees" can only be paid by credit or debit card(s). Once they have the number on your card, they can charge you as much as they want, whenever they want, and as often as they want !! Do you REALLY want to get stuck with that monkey on your back? DON'T participate in that scam ! First of all, they usually don't know squat, and once they have your card information, that's when the fun begins - for them. The "system" depends on the willingness of its' victims - don't be one ! Hope everyone finds this helpful.
