I've got the same sms too, it is coming every hours or 2 for 2 days continously, It sure is a scam, but how to stop this SMS completely.

If your phone runs apps, go to your app market and search for an SMS blocker. There should be several free ones to choose from. You can also contact your service provider and ask them to block premium SMS and incoming international calls.
