This person is leaving ads for apts for rent in the VA and MD area as a Nigeria rev.
He is asking to send the rent and that he is on a mission from god. He acyually posted an apt at the the current community I live at and continied to insist to send him money and trust him and he will send the keys to the apt.
afte i asked someone else to email him about the apt, he sent the same information to him to send money. He said this number was to nigeria and after dialing it back it tirns out to be a Ohio number.
After I sent an email staing I would be reporting him he never sent an email back about the apt.
What a scam???? He claims he is a rev and his email is under [email protected].

This person is advertising a house in Little Rock, AR too. It sounded a bit sketchy...I guess if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck.....

He has moved on to Little Rock Arkansas now. I inquired about a house on craigslist and got an email claiming he and his wife Patricia were on a "missionary mission from the state Christ Church". This is a scam. They are operating under the name Rev. David and Latricia Stephens. The wording and grammar were a big tip off, as if the fact they were claiming to be in west Africa wasn't.

This scammer is posting on craiglist in Minnesota now, he said the same thing that he is a Rev. on a missionary in west Africa and that he wanted us to send him the $700.00 to hold the house for us and if we couldnt send that then to send $200.00 for shipping fees to send us the keys.
