Calls or text messages from 234-816-160-9627 are from a scammer looking for money from women. Intitiates from a dating website, datehookup.com. States he is currently in Nigeria, working as a contractor and has had an accident and needs you to send him money. He calls himself Jamie Martin from Garden Grove, CA and works for D&G Steakhouse which is not even out of CA, it is out of Missouri. I have also received calls that originate from the Ohio area. His yahoo messenger id is: jmartin37344. He also created a facebook page. If he contacts you, block him.
hi my friend keep receiving from this number and he keeps asking money that he said hes from the army and in afghanistan and my friend keep sending him money through western union and the receiver is ericka levi,he keeps asking for money and the girl doesn't have money,she send like 750$ hes name in facebook is john smith,i wanna find out if this real or scam coz my friend dont wanna listen to us.thanks
yes he said he need to buy plane ticket so he can come to california coz she is the only lady who trust and save him and he said he have lot of inheritance from his dad but he cant claim it,because he needs to get out from afghanistan and if she didnt send money today hes going back to war in afghanistan,right now shes still looking for money just to send him for tickets is this real coz we wanna find this right now,she really believe on him that he gonna marry her shes in hongkong right now..
It sounds like a scam to me also! I agree with Pissed in Indiana 100% on this. These scams are very common and considering where its coming from, she could/would possibly be donating money to Al Quida (sp?). Report him to facebook also. They will shut his account down for him. The ol I have money but can't get to it is also a known scam all on its own. If she sends him money, he will continue with excuses to take all he can. She will never see him..
