Number calls and threatens to be serving papers to my office and/or home if I don't respond and leaves an alternate phone number to call. The number calls twice every morning around 9AM and most of the time leave no message.
they call and sometimes leave an unintentional message....it is a recording that announces my name then goes on- this call is in regards to a summons being filed against you. details specific to your case can be obtain by pressing 0 now to speak to the plaintif..... when I call the number back it is disconnected- so it is more than likely spoofed.
When I look this up in Whitepages.com the number comes back to Judy Stoke. In Cape Coral Florida. They haven't left a message- same thing, when you call back you are on hold waiting for the next agent. I looked up Judy Stoke and this is more than likely a spoofed number! Sad that they have to use an elderly person's number.
