I'm getting cancer treatments and called them direct to take me off their automated calling because it is harrassment to the weak and ill. We think its an important call coming in so we wobble to phone. They said ok but I'm back on that list again. You would think they get it.
I listened once to survey and it does not ask serious questions or ssk for comments. its made to result in a favorable response for their benefits and high praise and not ask about organizational or scheduling issues or patient problems.
I'm finding this is true for most company surveys, a waste of my time and energy. Why bother, if there is a problem you.have to call in to complain or give suggestions. This auto dialing has got to stop! Does anybody really care??
sam martin call and said that I was selected for a grand federal money and i was going to recieved a grant of 7,800.00 and I didn't have to give it back but they wanted me to give them 280.00 so they could deposit the money to my bank...is this a scam...
