want to know if this number is a scam we are trying to get a puppy shipped this number tells us they are a pet shipping company

Guy laughing saying in the message his phone number is MY OWN phone number and mentionning that he lost his [***]!
Then he hung up. ????
Hour of the phone call: 11:00 p.m.

Got a call at dinner time saying it was about a job but he sounded high off something and was whispering, knew me by name and it said Florida on the call display....I live in Quebec Canada and don't know anyone who's American!

Man with a thick accent called me from this number, he knew my name. I hung up because I didn't recognize him, and he phoned me five more times.
