this is the same man who called me four months ago. a scam claims to be Naval Officer. A phony illegal Mexican's voice. I call NCIS and they told me yes, these people are using real people's names to get in on our lines. God help us. I had to change my ground line now he has my cell. They are criminal's. I am going to sheriff's. please respond to me as to if, you got help? Thank you.

I call NCIS six months ago and they said the are pretending to be military officers who are real and people on widows dating so, I will never get on that again. This person is no D Robb or Butch or Naval Officer. Using all different names hoping he can get personal id from you and steal money or you send them money. Beware. p. grelle
This person is a scam and harassers call your local Sheriff Dept and give his number out. Just trying to call and get money from various persons using different names and case scenarios to expunge money. Be ware! Report to Authorities.
Have been getting calls practically every day from this number at my office. Caller ID says Issa Martinez. Never picked up, the person never left a message. Somebody please find a way to stop these calls because it is extremely annoying and it makes me not answer the phone anymore unless it's a number I recognize.
