239-234-4377 is a number assigned by the MagicJack app. A friend downloaded the app and installed it on an old iPhone to see how it works. The phone is not even activated on a wireless service; once the app is installed, all you need is wifi to make calls. You don't even need the MagicJack device. It appears MagicJack gives out this same number to a lot of different people, some of whom are using it to prank or harrass. However, it appears to be a legitimate way to make free calls.
