I've been getting this call from Naples too. Some how they know my name... They haven't stopped calling me since December

I believe this is a scam =or I shold say fraud.  They offered mw a loan and i sibmit the first payment, Never
receiveed the loan.  I now can't reach him.  He had mwww aens the money tp  his manager aNDY cLARK IN fLORIDA.
NO MONEY AND NO RESPONSE

This number comes from a cell phone application that people can download. I just got a call from this number multiple times and ignored it as it said Naples Florida. I finally answered and it ended up being a friend of mine just trying to call me as he ran out of minutes. Clearly people are using this app to annoy people and prank call them so be aware that this is not likely an actual call from Florida but rather an application providing area codes to those who download so they can make calls.

He called and hacked into my phone system. Changed settings on my VOIP device. Made illegal calls to Cuba. Doesn't stop bothering me.
