Said they were from the clerk of courts, pre trial processing, would be pursuing me at work and home, one I was found, I would give up all rights. This is the third different location calling me with this same scam. How can we make this stop?
I received a voice message saying I had one chance to resolve this before they "find me." In the state of Florida with our stand your ground laws if they "find me" I may have a little surprise for them!!! This is a SCAM/FRAUD caller
This is such a scam, I keep receiving calls claiming they are getting ready to garnish my check or have a sheriff come to my place of employment to serve papers. When I refuse to pay and ask for proof. they tell me that they do not do that or they hang-up with the threat of the sheriff coming to my job.
