I live in the Portland, OR metro area and just received a call from this number. The "caller" was using a pre-recorded message that said (paraphrasing): "Please call us about an urgent matter regarding your credit card. There is nothing wrong with the account, but today's the last day to receive a lower interest rate. Press 1 to talk to a live operator."
