Insurance scam. Report to FBI! Got a call from them about a pain cream. I'm 20 years old with no pain!! Hung up on me when I told them I didn't have pain.
Keeps calling and calling and calling . . .
Fortunately, my Panasonic phone has a "Caller Block" Feature.
Now, If only Panasonic can come up with a "Caller Destroy" feature.
We continue to get calls from this company trying to sell us a topical cream that is covered by our insurance co. We have spoken with our insurance co and they will not pay, nor did we order it, or want it. They tried to send it to us anyway and have us sign for it. Our insurance company also informed us that , Rx pharmacy says it is covered by our insurance, but they charged $4000.00 for three tubes of ointment.
I received a courtesy call from Express Rx wanting to verify my name and address so they could send me my prescription pain cream. They had all of my information name, address, and insurance company! I thought it was my mail order pharmacy Express Script. I told them my doctor did not order any pain cream and then they hung-up on me. Rude. I then called Express Script and they told me to call the Better Business Bureau which I did & filed a complaint against this company. How are they getting this information. Is it from doctor visits, hospitalizations, etc.? So much for HIPAA laws. Watch out for this company, Express Rx.
